Welcome to PikClick. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PikClick multi-vendor e-commerce platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on PikClick, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Use of the Platform
PikClick provides an online marketplace connecting buyers with verified independent sellers. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
- You agree not to engage in fraudulent transactions, tamper with security, or violate any applicable laws.
2. Products, Pricing & Orders
Products on PikClick are listed by independent sellers. While sellers strive to ensure accurate descriptions, images, and prices:
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
- Product availability, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice.
- PikClick and its sellers reserve the right to cancel or limit orders in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
3. Payments & Checkout
PikClick provides secure checkout options using trusted payment gateways. Electronic payment methods include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and digital wallets. Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, payment must be made upon receipt of the items.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout. Shipments are handled by sellers and our logistics partners. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and seller location.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible items must be requested within the configured return window and must meet condition and packaging requirements.
6. Intellectual Property
All brand logos, text, graphics, and interface designs on PikClick are the intellectual property of PikClick or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PikClick and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Solapur, Maharashtra, India.
